Rim Rock's 'Castle Cottage'
Well suited for a single guest, a couple, or honeymooners. The 'Castle Cottage' can accommodate up to ten members of a family or group with additional bedding (available upon request).
Set off by itself in a secluded rural corner of the property, our Castle Cottage is unique in several ways. There are no buildings nearby, and its backdoor opens on to rock formations nearly as big as Niagara Falls. It's water system is PV generated and its hot water is passive solar, so when you take a hot shower there, it's 100% provided by the sun. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, an entry room, and a living room shaped like a slice of pumpkin pie. Above the living room is a pie shaped deck with a 360 degree view of nature, and perfect for a screen tent or observing the night sky. Step out the back door, and you're greeted by rock formations nearly as big as Niagara Falls. An additional room provides for storage, and two out-buildings provide parking for vehicle and cycles.
